CHARACTERISTICS
PARLIAMENT MEETING AND BALL ROOM
Wide ballroom without columns of 225 Sqm With excellent sound acoustic, lights and air conditioning cool/heat system. Also has a wide Foyer, nice space for reception, check point or coffee break service.
This ballroom can be set according to your request, for example:
- Audience: from 80 to 250 persons seated.
- School: from 60 persons up to 150
- U Setting table: Up to 60 persons at the table plus 100 more in audience around all seated.
- Social and corporate dinner up to 220 people with dancing floor and stage and 250 without dancing floor.
The Hotel has a Parking with direct access to the ballroom or it´s Foyer. The service is additionally charged
CONGRESS ROOM
Located at the 9th floor is convenient for middle range meetings. It has natural light and panoramic view.
It has also, a petit Foyer for accreditations, or a coffee break service. On the other side there is a wide balcony, where on sunny days coffee break or lunch can be served.
This ballroom can be set according to your request, for example:
- Audience: from 20 to 50 persons seated.
- School: up to 20 persons
- U Setting table: Up to 30 persons.
- Private or corporate lunch up to 35 persons with a Front table for speaker.
The Hotel has a Parking with direct access to the 9th floor Foyer. The service is additionally charged.
Our events Dpt. counts with technical elements for sound, imaging etc. These elements are additionally charged.
